Book News: Fate of the Jedi
prequel story coming soon:
Posted: 11th May (UPDATED:
27th May, 28th May)
As widely reported, RandomHouse.com have a cover listing for
an unknown publication, only its title, Lost
Tribe of the Sith: Precipice, and
author, John Jackson Miller, is known. It is rumoured that this is a
Fate of the Jedi prequel e-Book story that will tell the
background story of the mysterious Lost Tribe of the Sith, intimated
to in both Outcast
and the synopsis for Omen.
Lost Tribe
of the Sith: Precipice is expected to be
released in June, coinciding with the US release of Omen.
As yet there is no official confirmation from Random House or
LucasBooks. This is an interesting development of the Fate
of the Jedi series as it involves another author within the
series although since John Jackson Miller's speciality is stories of
The Old Republic, it
would appear that this prequel story could be set millennia before
the events of Fate of the Jedi.

LucasBooks' Executive Editor, has confirmed the existence of
the Lost Tribe of the Sith e-Books.
